Main Banquet Room Closed Until Further Notice

Due to recently identified structural damage at the Windfern Forest MUD building, the main banquet room is not available to rent and will be closed effective immediately for the next two months, possibly longer, depending on construction schedules. It is advised that you secure an alternate venue.

Residents who are currently holding a reservation will be contacted by our building manager who will arrange for a refund of your rental fee and deposit. We apologize for this inconvenience, but the safety of our residents is the main concern at this time.


The WFUD building is available for rent to residents of the Windfern Forest Utility District who are current on their water bill. The building has capacity for 125 people and includes twelve 60 in. round tables, eight 6 ft rectangle tables and 100 chairs. There is also a small kitchen located in the building that has a stove, refrigerator and microwave.

Usage fees are $375 for Friday or Saturday, $200 for Sunday, and $100 for Monday through Thursday, A $250 damage deposit is required to hold a reservation. Payment may be made with a check or money order. A current drivers license and copy of your water bill is required when signing the rental contract. All damage deposits are deposited, and will be returned after the event, as long as there are no damages, Return checks are written on the building account on the 15th and the 30th of the month, and returned to the residents by mail.
